The Simple Sponsoring System – Start. Switch. Share.
It’s simple to start your own home business. You simply ‘START‘ by going to your sponsor’s website, register, and pay the fee and you’re in business.
Then its simple to become your own customer, you go to your own website that you get from your company and ‘SWITCH’ or sign up to become your own first customer.
Now it’s time to ‘SHARE’ your business opportunity with others and this is where most network marketer’s fail. Fact is, most new networker’s sponsor less than 3 people before they quit. And we want to help turn this around in 2013.
The team building strategy we use is called ‘Down 4 Over 1′. With this strategy, you make good use of the less than three people you are going to sponsor. Since we know that everyone will sponsor at least three new associates, we start by having you only sponsor ONE associate and we help that ONE associate get their first check by switching themselves as a customer and getting one more customer. Then everyone gets paid!
Next step is to help your new associate sponsor his ONE person and get them paid. We continue to do this through FOUR levels. As I continue to work with levels FOUR and below, you will move over 1 leg and drive down another FOUR associates and repeat again a third time. When you complete 3 legs 4 levels deep, you now have 12 people on your team and growing…..
As I work with the leaders in Level 4 to grow their teams, we are actually helping build a solid team for you. Because no one gets paid unless the new associate gets paid. When we find the next leader in levels FOUR and below and he promotes to the first leadership position, we start calling his sponsor and let them know that we have good news and bad news….
The good news is there is a person on the team that has met all the requirements to get promoted and start getting paid on all FIVE levels of production…. The bad news is that because the sponsor on the 3rd level isn’t qualified they won’t benefit from the leaders promotion. HERE’S THE SECRET… Everyone has a built in motivator to take action if they think they are going to lose something… they call it the FEAR OF LOSS.
Then they will ask what do they have to do… and you tell them they have to get qualified… get a couple more associates and a few more customers… and we work our way back up the sponsorship line… this method works and now has put over 1400 associates on my team and over 6100 associates on my sponsor’s team.
Networking is a ‘crock pot’ business not a ‘microwave’ one. It grows slow and steady if you work at it. The only thing you can hurry is how much training you can get fast.
